The API key is retained only in this browser session. Simulation is explicitly labeled. Council agreement is comparative signal—not factual verification. Consequential execution remains subject to human review.
Approve or reject the governed output. This is a server-recorded disposition. Approval does not convert an unverified factual claim into verified truth; it records the authorized human decision on this OMOS run.
Authenticated history is read from the OMOS persistence layer. Browser history is a fallback only when authenticated server history is unavailable.
